Can I cancel my booking? Is there a time limit for it? Will I be charged?

We encourage you to cancel your booking before the cut off time if you are not able to make      

it for the ride. This will allow the seat to be freed up to serve other passengers. 

Click Manage Rides in your Menu, select your boarding pass ticket and cancel at the bottom 

of the screen.

You will not be charged for cancelling the booking. However if you do not cancel in the event if you are not taking the ride, SSAS reserves the right to remove the employee account associated with this service.
